That’s the word on the street I don’t know if that is the right take on it though. It does seem quiet on the roads so far this summer but I think there are too many cabins in the rental market and there is no corresponding increase in short term renters.

I think owners have to do more networking in Blue Ridge.
Many are selling their cabin short…lowering their nightly fee is not the answer.
